Biodiversity, what does it have to do with our daily food ? A booklet answers to this question

What is biodiversity? How can be related to food consumption? Why is it important to protect it? To respond to these questions and to supply tools useful to the entire association and those who want to contribute to this project, the Slow Food Foundation - thanks to the help of agronomists, university lecturers, specialists and producers - has published an interesting educational booklet on this topic. 
The booklet explains the meaning of biodiversity and how it relates to our daily food, and describe, with concrete examples and practical activities, how to protect them through Slow Food's projects.
