ISM MycoRed International Conference Europe 2013 Global Mycotoxin Reduction Strategies

ISM MycoRed International Conference “Europe 2013” on Global Mycotoxin Reduction Strategies will be held in Martina Franca (Taranto, Apulia, Italy) from 27 to 31 May 2013.The Conference is organized by CNR ISPA within the MycoRed project, in collaboration with the International Society for Mycotoxicology, concluding a cycle of successful international conferences held in different continents during the past four years, namely Austria (2009), Malaysia (2010), South Africa (2011), Argentina (2011) and Canada (2012).
The general objective of the Conference is to exchange knowledge on “Novel integrated strategies for worldwide mycotoxins reduction in food and feed chain” acquired by members of the MycoRed Consortium during the four-year project with other international contributions and expertises.
The Conference also aims to facilitate new interaction and strengthen the existing scientific relationship among members of the great multidisciplinary “Mycotoxicologists Family”, spontaneously generated after longstanding activities in different international projects/initiatives and alliances.
